TO THE MEMBERS OF THE SECURITY COUNCIL OF THE
UNITED NATIONS
A new war in Middle East not need to nobody, neither to who want to make
it.
For this it must not make.
A war for the control of the oil while it previews that in a few years
the necessary energy for all the Planet could be obtained from hydrogen, wind,
sun, tides and nuclear cold fusion, is
useless and very negative too.
A war in order to assert the hegemony of a Country over all the others,
while billions of human beings waiting for greater well-being and freedom, will
not to be useful.
A war in order to demonstrate to the world the own military power, while
over ten Countries have the atomic bomb, is a folly.
A war in order to save the USA dollar from one strongly devaluation,
while all know that its real value is inferior to four per cent, is useless and
will carry to the collapse the economies of the richer Countries also.
A war in order to put in discussion the function and the role of the
United Nations after that for fifty years
it has used to confirm actions, secret politics and coups d'état is
harmful for all the Countries of the Earth.
A war in order to count friends, while all know that the friendship and
the confidence are not domineering but they are merited, is a farce.
A war in order to win an international terrorism, that has origin from
the injustice and the imperial politics, can
increase the conflicts only.
A war that born from the desire that some people, certainly
racist, have to treat the others like
subjects, could not be tolerated from
who has conscience that all people have the same rights and duties.
A war that openly is proposed to be instrument of Peace, will carry to other
wars only, because the Peace is the presupposition and not the result of a process of tidy and general development.
A war that is wanted in order
to must not confess that it did not to be thought and because now it necessary
that someone pays the costs for to have prepared it, it is a cowardice that
ignorant people also perceive.
A war made of pretexts, cunning, malice before that who wants to make
it was elected, will carry to the loss
of consent of who participates in.
A war that, perhaps, want the
control of the drug only, because from this market great profits are come out
that need in order to obtain the power in the democratic countries also and for
to keep it in the countries where there is not democracy, but this war will
provoke the reaction of who wants living in order to work and to produce only.
Two months ago it has been sent to the Governments of all the Countries
of the World the Holos Global System program with thirty initiatives in order
to realize them a group of financial subjects of various Countries, from
London, Rome, Bern, Geneva, Paris, New York, Moscow, Beijing and Tokyo, has put
to disposition resources for a value of 12,500 billions of dollars US (value in
that period).
And it has been proposed to participate to a process of possible, free
and concrete renewal, useful to all, both
who lives better because it does not go worse and who lives worse
because it goes better.
About this, about to the concrete things, in the interest of their
People, the Governments and the Represented of all the national and
international levels would have to think, not to the war, that it must be
refused for principle, specially when it serves a purpose to make other wars only.
There are not half measures.
First the Members of the Security Council of the United Nations would
have to refuse any resolution that
leads to the war instead of to the Peace.
And they would have to ask with force that the previous resolutions must
to be applied, to begin from Palestine.
The politicians must know that this time is necessary to decide for the
interest of all, not for their interest or for the interest of their Country,
but in the interest of all.
This
time, who has the resources necessary in order to change the World will use
them, before for have the reliable politicians and then for bring about
well-being, democracy, solidarity and Peace for all.
