of the Earth
provided by the third paragraph of the Dispositions of
performance of the Constitution
Seen the 11th article of the Constitution
and the eighth paragraph of the Dispositions of performance
In relation to the emission of the currency of the
Republic of the Earth
Seen “the Regulations of Dhana ”
Ratifies the following regulations entitled
«Regulations for the diffusion of Dhana»
Article 1
Dhana is the universal
currency of the Republic of the Earth.
It is emitted in physical,
electronic and data transmission currency.
The physical currency is
emitted in tickets of paper or other materials and in metallic coins.
The metallic currency is
emitted in ormolu and gold.
Dhana in ormolu is
exchanged for the value of 25 euro in any currency.
Ten gold Dhana is exchanged
for 250 Euro in any currency.
Article 2
Who is part of the Republic
of the Earth accepts Dhana as payment.
Who becomes part of the
Republic of the Earth is assigned one hundred Dhana.
Dhana in tickets is
assigned by reimbursing its emission cost.
The amount of the
reimbursement of the emission cost is proportional to the medium yield for
inhabitant of the different countries as indicated in the schedule attached to
the Regulations of Dhana.
The one hundred Dhana
assigned are delivered after the payment of the reimbursement of the printing
cost and the subscription of at least three new participants to the Republic of
the Earth.
Article 3
Who asks to become part of
the Republic of the Earth:
a) underwrites the application form of the Republic of the Earth;
b) pays the amount of the emission cost of one hundred Dhana in his
own national currency;
c) finds three new subjects that ask to become part of the Republic
of the Earth;
d) is assigned one hundred Dhana;
e) receives in his own national currency a prize twice the paid
amount.
Article 4
Who takes part to the
Republic of the Earth and finds at least ten new subscribers a month is an
habitual diffuser .
The habitual diffuser is
acknowledged the 10% on the prizes received for the subscriptions and a
reduction of 10% on Dhana in metallic currency.
Article 5
Who takes part to the
Republic of the Earth and finds at least one hundred new subscribers a month is
a Diffusion Co-ordinator.
The Diffusion Co-ordinator
is acknowledged the 15% on the prizes received for subscriptions and a
reduction of 15% on Dhana in metallic currency.
Article 6
Dhana is emitted by Dhura,
the emission agency that:
a) collects the reimbursements of the emission costs;
b) exchanges the deposits with Dhana in metal;
c) deliveries Dhana in tickets and metal;
d) pays the prizes to the diffusers and co-ordinators of
Dhana.
