OFFICIAL NOTICE
Recently it has been possible to
extract from the issues of procedures about me copy of documents held reserved
until now, that confirm and aggravate the already denounced hypothesis of
conspiracy against me and my initiatives.
By those documents appears that for
years it has been going a complex operation, carry out by slanders, false
information to the public prosecutor, false testimonies, false skills, false
declarations and attestations in public deeds destined to the judicial authorities,
attempts of subornation, trial frauds, abuses of office, material and
ideological falsities in public deeds, injuries, defamations by means of public
deeds and by press, unlawful entry committed by public officials, illegal
interferences in the privacy, theorems and dietrologies founded on legitimate
facts unexpectedly contested, violation, steal and suppression of
correspondence, embezzlement of documents, property and money, revelations of
secrets office, publication and circulation of false, exaggerated or
tendentious news.
By these actions, civil and military
employees of the Public Administration, people in charge of publics services,
private subjects and institutions, part of the press and judicial authorities
conduct against me, for years, recently even towards the foreign country, a
raging and constant judicial persecution that can be moved by the only reason
to prevent me to realize initiatives that I believe of general interest.
Therefore, for 1989 every
initiatives of Carisma to promote a transparent development of the economy and
to speed up the emersion of the underground economy, for being able to continue
to exercise a sort of blackmail towards who works and who produces, it has been
hindered; from 1991 the Stellar plan for the maximum circulation of the
information and the communication has been prohibited; for 1992 the political
plan of Rinnovamento has been prevented; for 1995 there is a raging against the
national economical plan concerning the occupation; for 2000 it has been
prevented to promote investment plans in the South Italy; for 2001 has been
attempted to prevent the realization of the thirty initiatives of the Holos
program - among which the Republic of Earth and Dhana, its currency - to which
it has been assigned 11,452 billions of US dollars (approximately 49,650
billions of international dollars or PPP). It will not be possible to embezzle
these resources to their destination.
In order to prevent, whichever means
is been used: protests under pretext raised, illegitimate assessments and
seizures, unjust imprisonments, invented charges, trials with sentences already
written before the hearing. It is like an octopus that all tries to clutch,
destroy, discredit, block, neglect and embezzle. In order to prevent, the
fundamental principles of the international right has been violated, the
personal freedom and that one to propose and to undertake has been suppressed.
In order to prevent it has been spare no expense. Hundreds, thousands of people
take part, communicating each other and transferring their false messages on
the outside, they has been united in a kind of crusade against a man to beat.
Not why he creates damages but only because he intend, not alone, to change a
system by now rotten - in which all is appearance and deceit, included the
justice - that it has been support essentially on a monetary system in which
the worth of one US dollar is less than three cents. This is the reality of...
the falsity.
And yet it is wanted to continue in
this way. It wants that all the changes (which one? how? when?) are promoted by
the power, so that all remain the same. I have always said that I can’t use
resources destined to economical and social initiatives to defend myself.
However, now I don’t have to defend myself only but the initiatives that can be
realized and that it is attempted to prevent also. So all the previewed tools,
in any case not prohibited, will be used in order to face this situation. I
have always said before what I will have done after. I do this now also.
Starting from today the Dhana
currency (www.dhana.org) comes diffused in Italy also.
