FREE ALLOCATION OF SHARES

According to the last audit on the 18th of August 2004, Holos Holding S.A. group's equity capital amounts to 17,030,739,822,148 Euro, with an increase of 1,263,142,242,135 Euro, par to the 8.01% of the previous value of 15,767,597,580,013 Euro, surveyed on the 15^th of April 2004.

The value of the shares (held by 723 holdings) forming part of the capital has changed from 6,636,719,895,440 Euro to 7,167,657,487,075 Euro, increasing of 530,937,591,635 Euro, which is equal to the 7.99%.

Holos Holding S.A. has decided to divide the value increase of such shares among those who promote and organize the initiatives provided by the Holos Global System program, including the Republic of the Earth and the Dhana currency by granting for free, as a liberal disbursement, shares of the 723 holdings for a total nominal value of 14,000 Euro each promoter and 250,000 Euro each nation's persons in charge of the program.

Since the Holos Global System program previewed promoters are 37,535,721 and the previewed nations' persons in charge are 21,060, the allocated shares will amount to a nominal value of 525,500,094,000 Euro for the promoters and 5,265,000,000 to the nation's charged persons, for a total value of 530,765,094,000, par to the 99,16% of the value increase of the shares forming Holos Holding S.A. group's equity capital.
